Donuts without Frying

Ingredients

  • Sugar 5 tbsp
  • Curd 250 g
  • Wheat flour 300 g
  • Sunflower oil 1 tbsp
  • Milk 50 ml
  • Sour cream 1 tbsp
  • Vanilla sugar 1 teaspoon
  • Baking powder 1 teaspoon
  • Salt 1 chips.
  • Powdered sugar to taste

Directions

  1. Stir in egg, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, and oil until smooth. Add sour cream and stir again.
  2. Add cottage cheese to the future dough, mix well. Then sift flour and baking powder, knead the dough.
  3. Divide the dough into equal parts, roll them into small balls, and then punch a hole down the center. Put them on a baking sheet lined with parchment, brush with milk.
  4. Bake the donuts at 180 ° C for 20-25 minutes.
  5. If you want to decorate donuts, use icing sugar, preserves, jam, sour cream, chocolate topping, or something else. You can even make the icing, then the dessert will be really smart. Serve tea treats at home gatherings or at the holiday table.
