Instructions

  1. Mix the vegetable stock or meat stock with the balsamic vinegar. Then add mustard, yoghurt and herbs (e.g. dill, parsley, borage) and mix together. Season to taste with a pinch of sugar, salt and pepper. Finally, gradually add the rapeseed oil, stirring constantly.
  2. Tastes good with all leaf salads.
