Dry Asparagus Salad

Although packaged dry asparagus may not look very appetizing, it can be used to make many tasty and healthy dishes. A simple recipe for dry asparagus salad – one of them!

Ingredients

  • Dry Asparagus – 200 Grams (1 pack)
  • Carrots – 1 Piece
  • Garlic – 2-3 Cloves
  • Ground black pepper – To taste
  • Salt – To taste
  • Sugar – To taste
  • Coriander – To taste
  • Lemon – 1 Piece
  • Vegetable oil – 3 tbsp
  • Cucumber – 1-2 Pieces (optional)
  • Red bell pepper – 1 Piece (optional)
  • Greens – To taste (optional)

Directions

  1. Cut the asparagus ready to eat into small pieces.
    Wash, peel, and cut the carrots into thin long strips – the thinner and longer the better.
  2. Mix the asparagus with carrots.
  3. Peel and chop the garlic with a knife.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. You don’t need to bring it to a boil, so use medium heat better. Throw the garlic, pepper, coriander in hot oil, send lemon juice, salt, sugar there, and mix quickly. Pour asparagus and carrots with hot dressing.
  5. Stir the salad thoroughly and put it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours to soak.
  6. Before serving, you can decorate it with slices of fresh cucumber, bell pepper straws, and herbs – it will be very tasty, bright, and fresh!
