Ingredients

  • 8 apples, peel and cut into small pieces
  • 2 packs pudding powder, vanilla, for cooking
  • 1 packet rusks
  • 0.25 ¼ pack raisins
  • Sugar, as needed
  • 1 liter milk
  • Chocolate sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Steam the chopped apples with a little water and the raisins and, if necessary, a little sugar for about 10-15 minutes (depending on the apple) until al dente.
  2. In the meantime, prepare the pudding according to the instructions on the packet (I always use the one for cooking).
  3. First pour pudding into a rectangular baking dish, then add a layer of rusks, then the apples, now pudding again, etc. You have to end with a layer of pudding.
  4. Let the whole thing cool down well, cut into portions and serve with chocolate sprinkles. Enjoy the meal.
