  • Flour, approx. 200 g - 300 g
  • 1 bunch chives or parsley
  • 1 pinch baking powder
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 pinch (s) nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Mix eggs, milk, baking powder, salt, nutmeg, chives or parsley well with a whisk. Then add the flour and stir until a fine, malleable dough is formed. Shape small dumplings with a tablespoon and add to the soup pot. Then simmer for about 5-8 minutes over low heat.
  2. Goes well with rice or vegetable stew.
