Ingredients
- 1 kg sugar
- 1 liter water
- 5 tablespoon, heaped tea (Earl Gray tea)
- 1 stick cinnamon
- 20 g iner, fresh
- 2 pinches cardamom powder
- 1 lemon (s), organic

- Dissolve the sugar in the boiling water. Add the remaining ingredients, except for the lemon, and let steep for 30 minutes. Then pour the syrup through a fine sieve, fill into bottles and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
- Half fill the glasses with crushed ice and add 4 - 5 tablespoons of syrup and lemon juice to taste. Pour cold, still water on top.
