Ingredients
For the dough:
- 4 egg (s)
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup oil
- 1 cup carbonated mineral water
- 3 cups flour
- 1 packet baking powder
For the filling:
- 1 pck. Cream pudding powder
- 1 packet vanilla sauce powder
- 100 g suar
- 0.5 liter ½ milk
- 150 g butter
- 50 g coconut fat
For covering:
- 100 g butter
- 100 g suar
- 200 g almonds, chopped

- Filling:
- Mix the milk with the pudding, vanilla sauce and sugar and boil a pudding. Under the still hot pudding, add the butter and coconut fat.
- Dough:
- Beat the eggs with the sugar until frothy. Then add all the remaining ingredients. Put the mixture on a high baking sheet and bake at 175 ° C top / bottom heat for about 15 - 25 minutes.
- Topping: Manufacture while the bottom is in the oven. Melt the butter and sugar and caramelize the almonds until golden brown while stirring constantly.
- Let the finished base cool down for about 10 minutes. Then spread the cooled pudding on it and sprinkle with the almonds.
