Ingredients

  • 8 egg yolks
  • 0.5 kg ½ sugar
  • 5 dl cream
  • 5 dl kirsch

Instructions

  1. Mix 8 egg yolks and half a kilo of sugar together for a long time.
  2. Add half a liter of full cream (not whipped) while stirring and mix in 5 dl of kirsch while stirring constantly.
  3. The amount makes about two seven-deciliter bottles.
