Egg Sandwich with Fried Bananas and Cinnamon

Egg “sandwich” with bananas and cinnamon, sprinkled with honey, can be safely attributed to the category of unusual breakfasts for lovers of original taste sensations! Making such a “sandwich” is easy, the ingredients are available, so try and experiment!

Ingredients

  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Banana – 1 pc.
  • Ground cinnamon – 2 pinches
  • Sunflower oil – 0.3 tbsp
  • Liquid honey (for serving) – 1 teaspoon

Directions

  1. Peel the banana and cut it into slices. Heat a frying pan without oil and fry the banana slices on both sides until lightly caramelized. Transfer the sautéed banana to a plate. Wash the pan and wipe dry.
  2. Break the eggs into a bowl and shake with a fork. Pour some oil into the pan, heat it properly. Take a culinary ring, grease the sides with sunflower oil from the inside. Place the ring on the pan.
  3. Pour half of the egg mixture into the cooking ring. Fry the pancake until the eggs set. Then remove the ring, turn the pancake over and fry for another 15 seconds on the other side. Transfer the finished pancake to a plate. Put the ring back in the pan, pour the second part of the egg mixture. Fry until the surface of the egg mixture has set.
  4. Without turning the second egg pancake, place the fried banana slices on top of it.
    Sprinkle the cinnamon on the banana immediately. Cover the cinnamon banana with the first egg pancake, pressing lightly. Fry the collected egg sandwich for another minute over low heat and carefully remove the ring.
  5. Transfer the egg banana sandwich to a plate. Drizzle with honey.
  6. The original egg sandwich with fried bananas and cinnamon is ready to serve.
