  • 60 g breadcrumbs
  • salt
  • 5 tablespoon oil
  • possibly cheese (Emmentaler), grated
  • 4 slices toast

Instructions

  1. Beat each egg in a cup, season with salt, add 10 g breadcrumbs and whisk. Put the mixture in a pan with oil and bake until golden on both sides. Place the finished egg schnitzel on hot toast.
  2. Variation: You can add 5 g grated Emmentaler to each egg before frying it. Vegetable salads or pickled cucumbers are ideal as a side dish.
