- 2 tablespoon water, warm
- 5 drops butter-vanilla flavor
- 100 g suar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 75 g flour
- 50 g cornstarch

- Separate the eggs. Beat the egg yolks with the water and flavor until frothy. Add 65 g sugar and vanilla sugar and beat until a creamy mixture has formed.
- Beat the egg whites until stiff. The snow must be so firm that a knife cut is visible. Add the remaining sugar while beating constantly.
- Put the egg whites on the egg yolk cream. Mix the flour with cornstarch and sieve on the egg whites. Mix everything together carefully.
- Preheat the oven to 195 degrees (hot air: 175 degrees). Place two teaspoons of dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake the cookies on the middle rack for about 10 minutes.
