Ingredients

  • 4 egg (s)
  • 4 onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 pinch (s) ginger
  • 1 tablespoon paprika powder, noble sweet
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 3 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • 200 g North Sea shrimps
  • 1 bunch dill
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Hard boil eggs, peel and quarter. Finely dice the onion and garlic.
  2. Heat the oil, fry the onion, garlic, ginger and curry in it. Add paprika and tomato paste. Pour 1/4 l of water. Melt the butter in it. Thicken with the flour. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat eggs and crabs in it, but do not boil. Chop the dill and add.
