Ingredients

  • 125 g yourt
  • 125 g reduced-fat mayonnaise (or qiminaise)
  • 2 egg (s), hard-boiled
  • 3 large garlic clove (s)
  • some chives, in rolls
  • a bit salt
  • some chili powder
  • possibly ketchup, hot

Instructions

  1. Finely crush the peeled eggs in a bowl with a fork, press garlic on top, add yoghurt, mayonnaise, chives, a little salt and chilli powder, mix everything well and season to taste - if you want, you can also mix in a little ketchup. It is best to let it steep a little well chilled.
  2. I often make a little more of the sauce because I like to eat the rest of it just like that - you can also mix in a crushed egg and enjoy it as a spread.
