Ingredients

  • 1 onion (s)
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • 400 g pointed peppers, roasted, pickled
  • 1 packet tomato (s), strained (parmalat)
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 80 g herbal cream cheese
  • Basil, some leaves

Eggs in Peppers – Tomatoes – Sugo

Instructions

  1. Peel the onion and garlic and chop finely. Dice the peppers.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion and garlic until translucent. Add paprika and parmalat, salt and pepper. Let it simmer for two minutes. Press in four hollows, crack open the eggs and carefully slide them one by one into the hollows. Pepper, salt and season the eggs with paprika. Spread the cream cheese in flakes in the pan. Let simmer for about 10 minutes on level 1-2.
  3. Scatter basil leaves on top and serve.
  4. Garlic baguette goes well with it.
