Ingredients

  • 300 g pasta your choice
  • 1 can tomato (s), peeled
  • 5 small sausages
  • 1 can mushrooms, drained
  • 1 cup cream
  • n.B oregano
  • basil
  • Herbs Provence
  • salt and pepper
  • 200 g cheese (ratin cheese), rated

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Cut the sausages into pieces and fry them in oil or margarine until the pieces are crispy. Then add the mushrooms and fry them.
  3. Drain the pasta, place in a baking dish with the sausages and mushrooms and mix. Puree the tomatoes (with the stock), season with the herbs and spices and refine with cream. Pour this sauce into the baking dish and sprinkle with the grated cheese.
  4. Baked in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for approx. 20 - 30 minutes. Serve hot.
