- 250 g flour
- 4 medium egg (s)
- 400 ml milk
- 15 elderflower umbels
- some butter to fry
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- Cinnamon - Sugar

- Make a pancake batter from flour, eggs and milk. Dip the elderflower umbels in the batter and immediately place the stems up in the heated butter in the pan.
- When the batter has set, cut the stalks with scissors, turn the pancake and finish baking. Sprinkle the pancakes with sugar and cinnamon and leave to taste.
