Ingredients
- 2 cl schnapps (Williams - Christ - pear), chilled
- 2 cl syrup (elderflower), chilled
- 4 cl sparkling wine or Prosecco, chilled
- 2 cl pear juice, chilled
- 1 pear (s) (Williams - Christ), cut into pieces

- Mix the chilled ingredients - except for the sparkling wine - together. Pour into a champagne glass and fill up with champagne. Put the pear pieces on a skewer and hang in the glass.
- Alternatively, put everything in a large amount in a punch bowl and add pieces of pear. Fill up with sparkling wine before serving.
