- 150 ml boiling water

- Pour boiling water over the dried elderflower and let the tea steep for 5 minutes. Drain through a hair sieve.
- If you like, you can add a slice of orange to the tea.
- This tea is well suited for colds. Drink several times a day, especially in the second half of the day. It makes you sweat and expectorant and stimulates the immune system. You can also inhale the vapor.
