  • 200 g suar
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 50 ml espresso
  • 200 g flour
  • 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
  • some powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C and place paper cases in a muffin tin.
  2. Beat the butter, sugar and eggs until frothy, stir in the espresso. Mix flour with baking powder and stir in briefly on the lowest setting.
  3. Pour the batter into the molds and bake for 20-25 minutes (center). Let cool and dust with powdered sugar.
