Ingredients
- 50 g cheese (Emmentaler)
- 3 piece (s) cheese, round (Babybel)
- 50 g cheese (Gouda)
- 50 g cheese (Leerdamer)
- 1 pinch (s) curry powder
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 1 pinch (s) pepper
- 2 slices pineapple
- 3 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 4 tablespoon pineapple juice

- Finely dice all cheeses. Also cut the pineapple slices into cubes. Put in a bowl.
- Put the spices, mayonnaise and pineapple juice in a bowl and stir to a homogeneous mass. Then pour the dressing over the diced cheese. Mix well and place in the refrigerator to steep for about 1-2 hours until eaten.
- The salad tastes best with white bread such as toast, baguette or ciabatta.
