Ingredients
- 1 large kohlrabi
- 1 banana (s)
- 1 small mango (s)
- cinnamon powder
- agave syrup
- possibly mint, fresh

- Peel the kohlrabi and then cut it into very fine slices with the vegetable slicer (mandolin). Peel the mango and cut the flesh away from the core in pieces. Put the mango pieces and the banana cut into pieces in a narrow container and puree with a hand blender (hand blender) to a fruit cream.
- Layer the kohlrabi slices alternately with the fruit cream on plates. Sprinkle with cinnamon at the end. If you like and if you don`t have any ripe fruit on hand, you can add some agave syrup over it.
- Mint leaves go well with this, and not just as a decoration. I recommend sprinkling the finely chopped mint leaves over the dessert.
