Ingredients

  • 2 cans corned beef
  • 1.2 kg potato (s)
  • 2 onions)
  • 1 jar cucumber (s), sour
  • 1 glass beetroot
  • 6 egg (s)

Instructions

  1. First cut the corned beef, onion and cucumber into small pieces. Sauté the onion cubes in margarine and add the beef. Boil the puree from the potatoes and mix with the beef and onions. Fold in the cucumber cubes, season with a little cucumber water and soften.
  2. Prepare the eggs as fried eggs. Arrange the Labskaus on the plate, a fried egg on top, beetroot with it.
