- 8 cl apple juice
- 3 cl syrup (woodruff syrup)
- ice cubes
- 8 cl lemonade

- Peel the kiwifruit, cut into small pieces, add to the shaker with pineapple juice and lime juice and mash. Pour apple juice and woodruff syrup into the shaker with 8 ice cubes and shake for 30 seconds.
- Divide through the strainer between 2 glasses. Swirl the lemonade in the shaker and pour it into the glasses.
