  • 250 g natural yourt
  • 125 ml sweet cream
  • 4 tablespoon tomato ketchup
  • 30 g herbs (8-herb mixture, fresh or frozen)
  • 5 cloves garlic, pressed through
  • 10 g dill, fresh or frozen

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together well and let it steep for 3 hours so that the garlic can unfold perfectly in the sauce. It is best to store in a cool place during rest.
