Ingredients
- 250 g flour
- 100 g butter, or mararine
- 100 g suar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 2 egg (s)
- 1 packet baking powder
- 5 tablespoon milk
- 100 ml lemonade, e.g. Fanta or other orange lemonade
- Lemon zest, grated, or citroback

- Put the flour, butter or margarine, sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs, baking powder and the milk in a large bowl and work into a viscous dough.
- Then add Fanta (possibly more or less than indicated, best to taste yourself) and lemon peel to taste. Mix everything well and pour into the muffin cups.
- Bake at 170 degrees top / bottom heat for about 10-15 minutes, they should still be light yellow.
- Let cool for at least an hour.
- Tip:
- If you like, pour sugar or chocolate over the mufins.
- Orange peel can be used instead of lemon peel.
