Ingredients

  • 3 large potatoes, waxy
  • 0.5 ½ ring / e meat sausage (Lyoner), possibly more
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 300 g pasta
  • vegetable broth
  • some Milk
  • 2 egg (s)
  • salt and pepper
  • parsley

Instructions

  1. Peel, quarter and cut the potatoes. Then cook in salted water. Cook the pasta in vegetable stock.
  2. In the meantime, cut the onion and the Lyoner into small pieces. When the potatoes are done, fry them lightly in a pan, add the onions and Lyoner and fry for a few more minutes. Add the pasta.
  3. Break up the eggs and pour over the mixture. Salt, pepper and stir everything through. Season to taste and, if necessary, add seasoning. Finally add a little milk (3 tablespoon), serve and garnish with parsley.
