- 3 spring onion (s)
- 2 bell pepper (s)
- 200 g Cabanossi
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- Rosemary or thyme

- Boil the potatoes in their skins, then peel them and cut them into thick slices. Chop the spring onions and dice the peppers. Cut the Cabanossi into slices as well.
- Fry the potatoes and peppers and season. Add the cabanossi and spring onions. Fry everything together for a few minutes until the desired degree of browning is achieved.
