- 250 ml apple juice, naturally cloudy
- Spice (s) (cinnamon, ground cloves, cardamom)
- possibly xylitol (sugar substitute) or sweetener

- Heat the apple juice in a small saucepan on the stove. Season the juice to taste with cinnamon, ground cloves and cardamom. Do not bring the drink to a boil - it is enough if it is nice and hot and steam rises. Take the pot off the hob and pour the punch into a large cup.
- If you like it really sweet, but want to save calories, you can still help with Xucker or sweetener.
