- 2 egg (s)
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 90 g butter, soft
- 2 tablespoon, heaped sugar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 140 g flour
- 1 pinch baking powder
- 100 ml cream
- 75 ml milk
- 1 bar milk chocolate
- powdered sugar

- Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until they are very stiff, then set aside.
- Beat the butter with sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy, add the egg yolks and beat a little more.
- Add flour, baking powder, cream and milk and stir to a smooth batter. Carefully fold in the egg whites.
- Roughly chop the chocolate and fold in as well.
- The waffle iron does not need to be greased (if it has a non-stick coating) as there is enough fat in the batter.
- You don`t need cherries or cream because the waffles themselves are super tasty. A nice icing sugar on it and a delicious milk coffee with it, is enough for 3 servings.
