Festive Cake “Red Velvet”

Festive cake “Red Velvet” according to this recipe turns out not only beautiful, but also very tasty. The biscuit is juicy, light and aromatic, the cream is delicate. The cutaway cake looks great!

Ingredients

  • Cocoa powder – 2 Tbsp. spoons
  • Baking powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Cream cheese – 250 Gram
  • Egg – 3 Pieces
  • Vanilla Essence – 1 Teaspoon
  • Red Dye – 3 Teaspoons
  • Sugar – 1.5 Glasses
  • Flour – 2.5 Cups
  • Salt – 1 Pinch
  • Butter – 1.5 Cups (softened)
  • Milk – 1 Glass

Directions

  1. Sift flour into a deep bowl through a sieve.
  2.  Add baking powder and salt.
  3. Sift cocoa powder into flour and stir.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the butter and sugar with a mixer until the sugar grains are dissolved.
  5. Add eggs to butter mixture and beat until smooth white foam
  6.  Add milk, vanilla essence, dry ingredients mixture and color to the butter mass. Mix the dough thoroughly.
  7. Put the dough into a baking dish and place in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40 minutes
  8. Whisk the cream cheese in a deep bowl, then add 3-4 tablespoons of butter and beat again until fluffy.
  9. Add the icing sugar and mix thoroughly.
  10. Ready biscuit cut into 3 cakes. Grease each cake with cream, and cover the top and sides of the cake with cream.
  11. Send the cake to the refrigerator for at least an hour. Decorate the cake as you like before serving.
