Ingredients
- 50 g feta cheese
- 150 g cream cheese, natural
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tablespoon heavy cream
- 0.5 ½ small shallot (s)
- salt
- Olive herb

- Crumble the feta, peel and squeeze the garlic and place in a bowl with the cream cheese.
- Chop a few stalks of olive herb and fold into the mixture with the halved shallot, which has also been cut into small pieces.
- Smooth with two tablespoons of cream and season with salt and refrigerate for at least an hour before consumption.
- Serve with baguette or ciabatta.
