First, divide the sheep`s cheese into 3 thin slices. Then the tomatoes and onions are cut into thin slices. Now the garlic is peeled and finely chopped. Then mix the garlic with the oil and herbs and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Now the sheep`s cheese slices are placed on a piece of baking paper and the tomatoes and onions are nicely layered on top. Then let the oil mixture run over it (not too much) and make sure that there is also garlic on it.
Now wrap everything in the baking paper so that the liquid cannot run out and then put everything into the oven preheated to 180 ° C and leave it inside for about 20 minutes, in between check whether the cheese has melted by means of a pressure test. The cheese must not be completely melted, it should keep its shape.
