Ingredients
- 1 point sheep cheese (feta, preferably salakis 8%)
- 1 teaspoon tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder or freshly grated ginger as desired
- 0.5 ½ onion (s), red, finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove (s), pressed through
- 1 teaspoon chilli flakes
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Lemon juice
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- nutmeg
- in Chives, rolls
- Parsley, finely chopped

- Garlic, ginger and onions can also be briefly roasted in the pan beforehand, but this is not a must.
- Mash the sheep`s cheese with tomato paste, onions, oil, ginger, garlic, chilli flakes and honey in a container and stir until the cream is smooth. Stir in parsley and chives to taste and gradually season to taste with lemon juice and the spices.
