Ingredients
- 1 medium onion (s)
- 1 medium bell pepper (s), red
- 250 g Cabanossi
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 small chilli pepper (s)
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 2 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 packet tomatoes, sieved or chunky, approx. 400 g
- salt and pepper
- oregano
- chili
- Paprika powder

- Dice the onion, chop the garlic and sauté in a pan. Then add the chopped paprika and the chilli pepper and sauté as well. Season with the tomato paste and cumin.
- Chop the Cabanossi, add and fry briefly. Deglaze with the strained or chopped tomatoes. Add the kidney beans and season as needed. Simmer over low heat for 10-15 minutes.
