Ingredients

  • 1 red pepper (s), 200g
  • 1 bell pepper (s), green, 200g
  • 1 bell pepper (s), yellow, 200g
  • 2 onion (s) (vegetable onions), 400g
  • 4 tomato (s), 00g
  • 50 g butter or mararine
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon ¼ pepper
  • some Tabasco
  • 2 cloves garlic

Instructions

  1. Wash the peppers, cut in half and remove the white parts. Cut into strips, peel the onions and cut into rings, wash the tomatoes and cut into eighths. Peel and mash the garlic.
  2. Heat butter or margarine in a pan. Add onion rings and crushed garlic and sauté in them. Add the paprika strips and tomato eighth to the onion and garlic mixture, season with salt, pepper and Tabasco and cook for about 15-20 minutes.
  3. Season the paprika vegetables to taste and, if necessary, bind with flour mixed with water.
