- 100 ml cream
- 5 tablespoon sugar
- 80 ml amaretto
- 1 pinch (s) vanilla, bourbon, ground
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 50 ml water

- Cut open the fig and hollow it out. Cut the banana into thin slices and quarter them, as well as the raisins.
- Put 50 ml cream and the sugar in a non-stick pan and heat slowly until the sugar has dissolved in the cream.
- Then add the fig together with 20 ml of amaretto, simmer for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Now add the finely chopped banana and the quartered raisins with 40 ml amaretto and simmer for 5 minutes while stirring.
- Add a little salt and ground bourbon vanilla and pour 50 ml of water and 50 ml of cream and bring to the boil for about 3 minutes, then add another 20 ml of amaretto and bring to the boil again.
- This sauce is great to serve with vanilla pudding.
