Ingredients
- 25 g fi (s), dried
- 50 g plum (s), dried (soft plums)
- 25 g raisins
- 1 large grapefruit (s)
- 350 ml milk
- 2 tablespoon natural yogurt

- Cut the figs and plums a little smaller and put them in a blender with the raisins. Squeeze the grapefruit and add the juice, puree everything finely. Add the milk and continue to puree until the shake is thick.
- Use tall glasses and in each glass, spread 1 tablespoon of yogurt in a spiral on the inside of the glass wall. I set the yogurt on the tablespoon, but then use a teaspoon, it`s easier to handle. Now carefully pour the shake into the middle of the glass. So the yoghurt will stick to the glass for serving and it looks nice.
