Ingredients

  • 50 grams flour
  • 25 g coconut flour
  • 25 g vanilla puddin powder
  • 50 g cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 75 g coconut oil
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 200 g yourt
  • 3 tablespoon stevia or sugar
  • 1 point vanilla sugar, optional
  • Coconut oil for the waffle iron

Instructions

  1. Preheat a waffle iron (full setting).
  2. Gradually process all dry ingredients in a bowl with coconut oil, eggs and yogurt to make a waffle batter. If you don`t like stevia, you can replace it with sugar. If you want the waffles to be sweeter, you can also add a packet of vanilla sugar.
  3. Brush the waffle iron with a little coconut oil and bake the batter into waffles. I always preheat the oven to 80 ° C top / bottom heat to keep the wafers that have already been made warm.
  4. I get 6 very filling waffles from the batter. Powdered sugar and / or fruit go well with this.
