Ingredients

  • 2 egg whites
  • 250 grams sugar
  • 375 g almond (s), round
  • 3 slices pineapple, (can)
  • 1 tablespoon pineapple juice
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon peel, grated
  • 200 g cake icin, chocolate or suar icin
  • 1 packet wafers, 3 cm in diameter

Instructions

  1. Beat the egg white very stiff and then beat the sugar under it. Carefully fold in the almonds.
  2. Chop the anneapple slices very finely. Add to the almond mixture with the pineapple juice, vanilla sugar and lemon peel and stir in. Cover the whole thing in the fridge and let it rest for 2 hours. (Important!)
  3. Then spread the mixture on round baking sheets and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  4. Let dry in the oven preheated to 140-150 ° C for 15-20 minutes.
  5. Cover with chocolate or sugar icing.
