Ingredients

  • 500 g quark
  • 150 g crème fraîche
  • salt
  • pepper from the grinder
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ caraway seeds, ground
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 bunch radishes
  • 1 zucchini, young (approx. 00 g)
  • 1 onion (s), red
  • 1 bunch chives

Instructions

  1. Mix the quark, crème fraiche, salt, pepper, caraway and lime juice together well.
  2. Clean the radishes, put some of them aside for garnish. Dice the rest into tiny pieces. Clean the zucchini, peel the onions and finely dice both together.
  3. Mix the diced vegetables with the seasoned quark. If necessary, season to taste. Wash the chives and cut into rolls. Serve the quark garnished with the chives and the remaining radishes.
  4. Tastes very good with jacket potatoes or freshly baked bread.
