  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 100 g flour, handy
  • 100 g cornstarch
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ baking powder
  • 3 apples

Instructions

  1. Beat soft butter, sugar, whole eggs, salt and vanilla sugar to a light cream. Sieve the flour, starch and baking powder and stir into the mixture. Fill this into a greased and floured tin (cake tin or an angular baking tray with a rim approx. 236 cm) and smooth it out. Peel the apples, cut them into slices and distribute them evenly on the dough. Bake the cake at 160 ° -170 ° C for about 50 minutes in a fan oven.
