- 150 g quark
- 6 tablespoon oil
- 6 tablespoon milk
- 75 grams sugar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 300 grams flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- 75 g raisins
- Condensed milk for brushing

- Put the first 8 ingredients in a mixing bowl. Knead vigorously with the food processor or hand mixer with dough hook. Finally knead in the washed and drained raisins.
- Shape the dough into a roll and cut into 16 even pieces. Shape these into rolls and place on a baking sheet. Brush with canned milk and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
