Ingredients

  • 800 g fish fillet (s), possibly redfish, saithe, cod
  • Lemon juice to drizzle over
  • salt
  • Pepper, fresh from the mill
  • 50 g hazelnuts
  • 50 g cheese, rated (Emmentaler, Gruyère or Edam)
  • 3 tablespoon sour cream or crème fraîche
  • some sherry, dry
  • 1 pinch (s) nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Clean the fish fillet, acidify, season with salt and place in a greased baking dish.
  2. Mix the remaining ingredients into a paste, season to taste and brush the fish fillet with it. Cook in a preheated oven at 200 ° for approx. 30 - 40 minutes.
  3. Serve with potatoes or rice and a fresh salad.
