Ingredients
- 2 fish fillet (s), ready to cook
- 4 tablespoon breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 0.5 ½ bunch wild garlic
- 6 olives, black
- 4 tomato (s), dried (pickled in oil)
- some lemon juice
- a bit salt
- some pepper

- Wash the wild garlic, cut into fine strips. Dice olives and sun-dried tomatoes.
- Mix the wild garlic, olives, sun-dried tomatoes, butter and breadcrumbs into a paste. Season this with salt and pepper.
- Salt and pepper the fish fillets, drizzle with lemon juice and coat thickly with the wild garlic paste.
- Cook on the middle shelf in the preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.
