Fish Sticks in Bread Crumbs and Lezone with Soy Sauce

Delicious, fragrant, tender inside and crispy outside fish fillet cubes – everyone will like this dish! Using this recipe, you can quickly and easily prepare an interesting hot fish appetizer. Such fish sticks are combined with any side dish, they are especially good with crushed potatoes!

Ingredients

  • Fish fillet (I have pollock) – 300 g
  • Large egg – 1 pc.
  • Bread crumbs – 1/3 cup (50 g)
  • Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
  • Salt – 1/6 teaspoon
  • Ground black pepper – 1/6 teaspoon
  • Refined vegetable oil (for frying) – 80 ml

For filing:

  • Fresh parsley – a few twigs

Directions

  1. We prepare the necessary ingredients.
    To prepare fish sticks according to this recipe, any white fish fillet is suitable: hake, cod, tilapia, pike perch, etc.
  2. Cut the fish fillet into small cubes, about 7-8 cm long and 2-3 cm wide.
  3. Pour bread crumbs into one bowl. Break the egg into another bowl, add soy sauce, salt and ground pepper. Mix well with a whisk.
  4. First, put the fish sticks in a bowl of bread crumbs and roll on all sides. Then dip the fish sticks in the soy sauce and egg mixture. Next, we bread the sticks a second time in breadcrumbs and dip them again in soy sauce with an egg.
  5. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Put prepared fish sticks in hot oil.
  6. Fry fish sticks over medium heat for 5-7 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
  7. Fish sticks in bread crumbs and lezone with soy sauce are ready.
    We wash the parsley, dry it and decorate the dish.
  8. Juicy fish inside, and on top – a delicious crispy crust.
  9. Serve delicious and aromatic fish sticks with fresh vegetables and mashed potatoes, garnished with parsley.
