Ingredients

  • 1 packet puff pastry (frozen, 0 sheets)
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 1 package cheese your choice (e.g. Emmentaler)
  • 1 packet bacon, diced
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 bunch chives
  • salt and pepper
  • some water

Instructions

  1. Let the puff pastry thaw, then brush all edges with water and fold in approx. 1 cm, press firmly. Cut the onion into cubes and the chives.
  2. Season the creme fraiche with salt and pepper. Be a little more economical with the salt, as the bacon is also salty. Fill the folded puff pastry slices in the middle with the creme fraiche, then sprinkle the bacon, onion, chives and finally the cheese over them.
  3. Now bake according to the instructions on the puff pastry package.
