Ingredients
- 1 batter, (tarte flambée), from the cooling shelf or made yourself
- 75 g crème fraîche
- 2 fig (s), fresh
- 3 spring onions, cut into thin rings
- 5 slices bacon
- 75 g camembert (s)
- some pepper, (orange)
- a bit salt

- Roll out the tarte flambée dough with baking paper, place on a baking sheet and brush with crème fraîche about the back of a knife. Wash the figs, cut off the stem and flower base, quarter and cut the quarters into fine slices. Cut the camembert into approx. 2 - 3 mm thick slices and divide them into pieces of the same size as the figs. Cut the bacon slices into approx. 6 - 8 pieces each.
- Sprinkle the spring onions on the dough and spread the figs on top. Put the camembert in between, spread the bacon over it, salt to taste and grind or sprinkle some orange pepper over it.
- Bake at 230 ° C in a preheated oven for approx. 15 minutes until the desired brown color. Every oven bakes differently, so check after 12 minutes whether the tarte flambée is ready.
- Delicious with Federweißer, as a snack, for parties or with a small salad for dinner.
