Flat Bread with Poppy Seeds

Simple homemade yeast bread will look more interesting when shaped like a tortilla and sprinkled with poppy seeds.
Ingredients
- Bread flour – 3 cups
- Wheat flour of the highest grade – 2 glasses
- Instant dry yeast – 2 teaspoon.
- Salt – 2 teaspoon
- Sugar – 3 tbsp
- Olive oil – 3 tbsp
- Warm water – 2 cups
- Milk – 2 tbsp
- Poppy seeds – 1/4 cup
Directions
- Mix the flour. Pour 2 cups flour, yeast, salt, and sugar into the bowl of a kitchen processor. Stir olive oil in warm water. Pour the liquid into a bowl of flour, stir until smooth. Then gradually add the rest of the flour, knead a homogeneous, elastic dough. Form the dough into a ball, place in a bowl, and cover. Place the bowl of dough in a warm place to rise for 30 minutes. Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees. Knead the matched dough and divide it into two parts.
- Roll out each part of the dough into an oblong flat cake, approximately 2.5 cm thick. Place the dough pieces on a baking sheet and cover with a clean towel, rest and rise for 15 minutes. Then gently brush the surface of the cakes with your fingers, brush with milk and sprinkle with poppy seeds, put a baking sheet in a preheated oven, and bake flatbread with poppy seeds for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
