Instructions

Season the minced meat with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper and fry in a pan until crumbly. Dice the tomato and add to the pan.
Cut the flatbread horizontally and brush with the tzatziki. Place the seared minced meat on the bread together with the tomatoes.
