Flatbread with Sour Cream, with Basil

A flat cake on sour cream is made elementary. With basil, the tortilla is very aromatic.
Ingredients
- Sour cream – 100 g
- Flour – 100 g
- Dried basil – 2 teaspoon
- Salt – 1 pinch
- Sugar – 0.5-1 teaspoon
- Baking powder – 0.25 teaspoon
Directions
- Combine sour cream, basil, salt and sugar.
- Add baking powder and flour.
- Knead the dough (add a little more flour if necessary).
- Sprinkle the table with flour. Divide the dough into two parts. Roll each into a cake 0.5-0.75 cm thick.
- Preheat a frying pan. Put the tortilla in a dry hot frying pan.
- Fry the cake on both sides until golden brown.
- Flatbread with sour cream, with basil, ready!
